The Lethbridge Senior Citizen Organization offers an 8-week peer support group focused on building healthy relationships. Topics include communication, boundaries, grief, mental health, and elder abuse. Designed for seniors seeking connection and practical skills in a supportive environment. Palliative Care Learning Sessions
Palliative Care Learning Sessions offers community members education on supporting those who are sick, dying, grieving, or caregiving. Traditional Dress Making
