Guided River Canoe Trip with High Level Canoes and Kayak

Join us for a trip down the Old Man River! Your trip begins at Botterill Bottom boat launch. To begin, a guide from High Level Canoes and Kayaks will get you fitted in your Personal Floatation Device, have a river safety talk, and get you out on the water! We will be joined by Galt Museum staff members sharing tidbits as we paddle about the history of the river, the constuction of the bridge, those who have lived on it since time immemorial and those who came with the coal. Our journey will take us to the High Level bridge, where we will stop and have a snack (please bring your own snacks). As we continue down the river, our trip will end at Pavan Park.
